about Rosner Roofing
Rosner Roofing is a full-service roofing contractor, based in Broomfield and serving the Front Range. We specialize in commercial and residential roofing. We install most types of roofing systems, from asphalt shingles, to flat roof single membrane roofs like E.P.D.M. and TPO. We also provide custom sheet metal fabrication and metal roofing systems. We form our standing seam panels on site which enables us to control our supply chain and to minimize damages to roof panels and to lower overall costs of our projects. We also specialize in spray foam and polyurea. Polyurea is great for flat roofs, commercial flat roof repair and roof repair when you want a warranty on a roof without the expense of having to tear off the existing system.
about the Owner
Rosner Roofing is owned and operated by Colorado native Owen Hall. Owen grew up in Broomfield and wanted to build something for his community that was more authentic and personal than the huge corporate companies. Owen wanted to apply his construction industry experience with a team that believed in local. That is when he found Rosner Roofing. Rosner was a small, but dedicated team that Owen quickly turned into a roofing leader in the area. Owen has maintained his commitment to top-tier customer service and is now applying his background in customer care and construction to all of Rosner's clients.
When you meet Owen, you understand why Rosner Roofing has so many satisfied customers. His down to earth friendly attitude makes it extremely easy to feel confident knowing that he is going to advocate for you on your roofing project. He takes the stress out of an otherwise chaotic process, by taking the time to get know his clients and fully explaining the roofing process.
When Owen is not working, he’s spending time with his wife and two daughters. Chances are you can find him hanging custom holiday displays on his Lowell property, that always has people stopping on the side of the road to take pictures.
about the Team
Mike Bowman, Project Manager, hopped on with board Rosner Roofing, after working on a collaborative commercial wall panel project for the Denver Housing Authority, with Rosner Roofing and his previous company.
Mike comes to Rosner with 6 years of roofing and sheet metal fabrication experience. Before his movement into the roofing industry, Mike spent almost three years working for ServiceMagic, now known as Angi or HomeAdvisor. His time at ServiceMagic taught him how we wanted to see clients treated and what aspects of customer service could be improved within the world of construction.
Mike is either in the field project managing, behind a computer doing take offs, or on the sheet metal break bending material. In his down time Mike enjoys the outdoors, from Elk hunting in the fall, to summer camping, to cooking a meal for friends on a Friday night, or at the gym, getting in a workout.
