I can’t say enough good things about Rosner Roofing. We have had a long standing issue with our bedroom exterior wall having the paint lightening at the drywall seams. Our contractor wondered if it was water slowly migrating into the wall during the winter. He recommended we call Owen and have him look at it. He came out and discovered the flashing for that section of the roof was in fact lying in the gutter. He was on time and took the time to diagnose this long standing problem. He had a new piece fabricated and put in place. He was quite pleasant and pleasure to deal with. I know who I will call when my roof needs replacing!

I first heard about Rosner Roofing through a local builder who recommended them and said that he trusted Rosner to fix a botched roof job that another roofer had mishandled—this seemed to me high praise.
The first time I met Owen, the owner, he spent over an hour discussing roofing options with me. His enthusiasm was obvious; he even showed off polyurethane sample designed for commercial building roofs..
Rosner Roofing is small enough that Owen personally oversaw my project, conducted daily check-ins, and performed the final inspection himself, yet large enough that they have extensive experience with homes, commercial buildings, and lots of  roofing applications.
Price-wise, I got four quotes and Rosner was in the middle.  Not the cheapest but not the most expensive.
They offer both metal and shingle roofing options.  I considered metal for wildfire reasons but decided it was still too expensive compared to shingle.  But Rosner can help you if you go that route.

I can't give a high enough rating for Owen and his team. Every single aspect of the experience was first class. He was able to also help arrange a team to help have the house painted as well as having our deck re-stained. Every bit of the project was done on time and exactly as promised.
